Very easy to make. I recommend a Viennese topping cos it’ll crumble over the mince when you bite into it 🤤

They do mince pies nice here. My favourite are iced or frangipane or tiny but fancy buttery pastry. I have the two latter for Christmas and grabbing clotted cream closer to the date 😌

A local accident. But the news today tells me it was a tiny earthquake. I might have felt these things before but not when I’ve been fully aware of it before you say it’s impossible to avoid them. It’s still on the bbc news bottom bar so that’s about as exciting as we get things round here 😅

It is!!! I was so nervous cos I have an outdoor toilet that never gets used cos 🕷️ and the pipe would have ended up there and I found this 10kg (last was 2kg) condenser and it’s amazing ☺️
