This is an important read as it sheds light on what has happened since MSPB got its quorum back. I doubt Furman will buy the govt's argument, and so Maurene Comey may get her discovery, but it's highly plausible SCOTUS redirects the wholesale trashing of the Civil Service to the Federal Circuit.
