Bluesky only allows 4 photos per post. Leftover vegan soup dumplings with store bought wrappers and homemade vegan duck, mushroom, and veg filling. it's a mashup of recipes, but the TL:DR-- jackfruit in "duck" doesn't improve the texture markedly & is too messy for cleanup.

Forgot the reference photo: Lake Evans in Riverside. I went for a morning run in december through a heavy fog. I also saw a lone cormorant, egrets, acorn woodpeckers, ducks, geese, coots... and one birder).
