Definitely! Pretty much everyone passes, and subjects are flexible so some people get held back in certain classes or substitute requirements, but the Library is uptight about it all DX

Guardians just focus on protecting the Library, so that's all Gama knew to pass on
Essentially, Anni got the most intensive apprenticeship possible, especially after Gama died :(
So they're great at being a Guardian (for a human) but so SO horribly lost in everything else DX

Education-wise it's all free. It's actually a moral imperative that you're well-educated. If you don't go to class, you're pretty much locked out of social circles and future research opportunities which are everything for most mages
