Overall it was tasty crust. Wouldn’t have minded a little more browning? It didn’t blow me away but it was more extensible than the store bought doughs I usually buy.

So this was the first pizza dough I’d ever made. A somewhat basic recipe half AP half 00 fermented in fridge for 36hrs. I did forget the cover and wait half an hour after stretching to let it rise again. But it was out of the fridge for quite awhile. Maybe that would have given a bit more lift.
