Some wind farms falling short on community payments are owned by international finance firms.

One is backed by a fund managed by US asset management giant BlackRock. Another traces its ultimate ownership to the Cayman Islands.

Wild to see wealthy Reform politician "explaining" to poor people they don't understand their own experience.

Let's make sure every single person in Gorton & Denton (and the country!) knows exactly that Reform is bankrolled by dodgy donors. Mask is off.

And none in the UK either.

Just checking, it's now ok to flee your homeland, because you're afraid for your safety, and seek refuge in another Country?

Glad we've cleared that up. Let's hear no more about immigration and refugees then.

Gas companies are mugging us off. They're raking in high profits while our household bills go up, our pubs close down and our high streets hand on by a thread. I've had enough, haven't you? Let's make the UK Government reign in greedy gas for good.

The surge in inequality in the 1980s ripped the UK apart. No govt since has reversed it (or even tried). It is entrenched.

The #EndangermentFinding is being scrapped.

It means key limits on dangerous climate pollution are being scrapped.

It means vital safeguards for clean air & human health are being scrapped.

It means dirtier air & more sickness.

It means more profit for the polluters while people pay the price.

As I say here, there is no scientific justification to revoke the engagement finding. In fact, over the last 15+ yrs, the evidence of how climate change affects our health has only grown. Higher risk of allergies, dementia, fertility, heart disease, and death: that’s what’s on the line. @nature.org
There is No Scientific Justification to Revoke the Endangerment Finding
The U.S. EPA's decision to repeal the Endangerment Finding will limit the government's ability to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.

As the US doubles down on fossil fuels and blocks wind & solar installations, its emissions are ticking up.

In contrast, China's emissions appear to have peaked. In the last 2 yrs, they installed more new solar energy each year than the U.S. has in its entire history.

More from @carbonbrief.org:
Analysis: China’s CO2 emissions have now been ‘flat or falling’ for 21 months - Carbon Brief
China’s carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions fell by 1% in the final quarter of 2025, likely securing a decline of 0.3% for the full year as a whole.
