My 1st ever attempt at Brandy Snaps. This has been driven by the fact that at $9 for a packet of 8 it must be cheaper to make my own. I finally got the correct bake in the final batch after playing round with heights of oven trays and timing. Will fill tomorrow for a taste test & will update

I had and may still have this edition in a box somewhere. She wrote a whole series with women’s names & her photo. Harriet& Octavia were 2 I remember. I had the whole set. They were lively, romantic & well written.

It’s been a shit of a day. I woke up thinking it was Saturday & went back to sleep 😳 late for work but finally finished at 6.15pm nearly 2hrs over. No such thing as overtime in health. This is Beans. My absolute joy
