Protein is a marketing scam. We can only take in so much protein, then it is eliminated out of us. Ask the cow out in the field where she gets her protein. Everyone wants to be as strong as an ox, but they dont realize the ox is a VEGAN! Fiber, take in too much and you cant poop. Be real.

Glad to hear Ukraine is FIGHTING back and bombing Russia. This is sad because I dont believe in war and innocent lives,animals,trees being killed and this is half my ancestral home. I love Russia and Ukraine, I hate war, Putin, Devil Don, and Netanyahu. A meteor needs to drop on them.

Glad to hear Ukraine is FIGHTING back and bombing Russia. This is sad because I dont believe in war and innocent lives,animals,trees being killed and this is half my ancestral home. I love Russia and Ukraine, I hate war, Putin, Devil Don, and Netanyahu. A meteor needs to drop on them.
