I have been in a Whirlpool hell since buying a new fridge at the end of July. Five months of disfuctional appliance, no circuit board to be found, replaced with yet another exact fridge, and this one doesnt work! 100 yrs in buiness they cant get things right.

We can learn from Robin the hen, took a dirt bath under roof, Ayila, turkey hen, did not like her happy, pecked her out of there. Robin went back to bath, duck pecked her away. She then went back, Ayila peeked under and left her alone, so did the duck. Determination.

My house 140 yrs old was made of rare red pine that is nearly extinct. Armadillo and opossum, used to move about at night. I no longer see them after 36 yrs. The skunks, I have never seen, but they come under house to nest twice a year, I smell a whiff, and see nest. Their ancestral home always.

Funny you say that! I always put out Christmas on Thanksgiving too! Only, I made it much more subdued in the house, I cant even put my wee trees inside this year...Baklava. I put them on the porch, and got the girls out for the season. Show me your decorations! How was your Thanksgiving?

Day before Thanksgiving I always make mulled wine (Tom used to call it moldy wine). Dry red wine, Franzia is vegan, apple cider, fresh is best, slice half an apple & orange stick with cloves, for small pot. Heat on low to simmer. Cleans gut, gives energy.

Garbage man asked me if he could buy one of my turkeys. I told him I rescue them, not sell them. He said, no wonder why they look so good. This is a blk man who's own countrymen sold them for profit, to work in fields or sell. Why would they want to do that to another species?

I have had an animal refuge for almost 16 years. Trust me, I have plenty of critters to love on. The toms, oh, the group hugs from the toms! There are also runner ducks and a turtle. All lovely and precious but they are not my beautiful Baklava. Neighbors cats visit often, sometimes having kittens.
