Great to hear Mayor Andy Burnham talking about the success of franchising and the Bee Network & his ambition for rail reform
Also really great to hear about his vision of making public transport the 1st choice for travelling in the GM area

... and are the highest emitters - our modelling earlier this year showed the highest earning 0.1% (those most likely to take private jets) emit 22x more than the bottom 50% of earners
