I've done it, I've made biscuits that are still biscuits regardless of which side of the Atlantic Ocean you're on!
despite being flat (because, keto ingredients, so no gluten / tricky to rise) they did correctly get a flaky texture inside! flavored with cheddar and garlic

this one is slightly more complicated and does involve cooking the filling separately, but, shredded chicken with hot sauce and cheddar, topped with blue cheese and ranch? sign me up

Um.

I feel bad for the kidnappers

I've never seen this method before, of adding chicken to a dry, hot pan, and moving it around while using paper towels to wick away any moisture to keep it a dry saute. the sauce is incredible, a mix of peanut butter with orange and lemon juice, soy, sesame, and chili 🌶️

its greatest strength is how simple it is. brown some ground beef, then mushrooms, then stir in some sour cream and paprika, top with lemon juice and parsley. somehow tastier than expected for so few ingredients

finally a cooking method that gets pork belly right. bite sized pieces, fried on all sides. then you crisp up some brussels in the residual fat, splash everything with soy sauce and rice vinegar, and top with green onions. wish I'd made more, new staple dish

"taco" does not belong in this, but it's actually a really easy stuffed peppers recipe, made in the slow cooker so the meat can start off raw. you just mix the filling and stuff it into the peppers instead of cooking it first and carefully spooning it in. WAY less hassle

indie horror with a few VERY cool new ideas, and a third act that outruns those ideas in a misguided effort to wrap things up satisfactorily. the pacing needs polish, and some of the puzzles are amateurishly obtuse (yall NEED to indicate to the player how things connect) but I had fun

a straightforward one-pot meal where everything simmers together deliciously. it uses ground beef instead of chopped, for simplicity, and some cauliflower to fill out the missing texture from the bread

A beautiful, immediately classic example of design and gameplay woven together. SO MUCH player choice is given, so that you can find the movement you personally prefer and, which takes an insane level of detail to ensure everything is doable in all loadouts. Wow

behold it's brethren, the Mountain Dew Meringue and the Code Red Cherry

it isn't a full stew, but elements of the non-low carb dish are accounted for, red peppers, mushrooms, onion and chicken. a serving of this is enormous thanks to the (moderately) low cal fresh ingredients!

sweeter and mellower at the same time than Baja Blast, if this wasn't bright blue I could believe it was just a normal key lime pie. it's GOOD. the surface looks a little bit like the moon, but the texture is spot on
editing the recipe video atm

presumably Taco Bell uses real key lime juice. what a waste! I just put in more Baja Blast concentrate. and then egg yolks (and some teal food coloring)
and look at that fit, not a drop was wasted

these aren't sushi because there's no rice (even fake rice), but this is still one of my white whales of cooking, getting nice-looking maki rolls. I did nigiri sometime last year, but this was absolutely worth it ("it" being a pound of sashimi-grade salmon)
