Agreed about the suppliers! I’m going to try going directly through the pump company. Fingers crossed they don’t redirect me to the regional supplier (they did that when I first got this pump).

The same sets are available in another color. And I really don’t care about the color, I just need medical supplies.

Turns out my supplier has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, with 22 complaints filed against them. Afaik, they’re the only option in my region. 🤦🏻‍♀️

After hearing nothing about my supplies being shipped, I called my supplier again and found out that the entire order was not being sent because the infusion sets were on backorder, which no one had communicated to me even though I had already reached out 3 times.
