It was. I was poised to answer the question they spat at me, denouncing me for even standing because I’m not deemed sufficiently patriotic. Standing up and jabbing fingers while my jaw dropped in astonishment. They were thrown out of the room.

Reform came for me when I was a local election candidate. It was a nasty experience and meant that way. I’m expecting more of the same this time round. So they give it out but they can’t take it.

I know! Some otherwise intelligent people have started conversations with me (a candidate) and seem to have no idea about the difference between a parliamentary constituency and a council ward. Or even what a council does.

Yes. Anyone might give up fighting, feeling tiny in the face of this huge tidal wave of lies, corruption, dirty money. #OnTheDoors it can turn to apathy. But if you don’t do politics, it will do you. And some people still fight.

I think I enjoyed the first series more than the second. Cross with the second, really. Too many bodies. Looking at the # it seems to be Marmite. Certainly worth a look, I’d say.
