Everybody said Black Shuck was a great big fearsome devil, but I wasn't so scared the night I met him in the woods. I'd only been dead for two hours, and I was too busy feeling sorry for myself to be afraid of some old black dog curled up crying in the bushes.

Today is my ELEVEN YEAR anniversary!!! These photos were taken in February 2015, our first Valentine’s Day. We were 19. I am the luckiest person in the world to love and be loved by this woman. I am even luckier that she was willing to go out with me when I had that particular haircut.

With everything else going on this week… I have also been renovating my parents’ bathroom. Please enjoy this before and (almost, there’s a little more to do) after.
A small bathroom. The top half of the wall is teal, the bottom half is glue-covered cement board, and there’s no vanity, just pipes sticking out of the wall. Also, the light fixture is ugly! Same bathroom, looking much prettier. On the top half of the wall, there’s a grey and white wallpaper with a forest print: deer, bunnies, trees. The bottom half is grey headboard, separated by a leaf-engraved rail. There’s now a vanity, a new mirror, and a different light fixture.
