I had my problems with it, a bit vague in places, story felt like a cover of a new hope. But the core was there, the new characters were great. I still think its an achievement that they killed off Han Solo and nobody got mad abput it at all. Alit felt like a good enough start.

Theres a kind of person i observed online that talks about Tron Legacy like it was their Phantom Menace, a movie that so betrayed their beloved original Tron so completely that it ruined the franchise forever. I think about them and I really hope that they're doing well now that Tron Aires exists.

I hate to break this to you but rpgs with romance mechanics are all made for bisexuals these days. If you kiss a lady the game deletes your save file if you dont also kiss a dude within 10 in game hours.

I still enjoy buffy, angel and firefly, a lot of great peolple contributed to those shows even if it turned out the guy we gave all the credit to was actually a detriment in the end. But god i do not want to engage with Dollhouse at all sorry. Just too on the nose a concept given what we know now.

Treasure of thay era are just kinda Sega coded. Like how the first few Rare titles for Xbox 360 look like gamecube games imo.

Ah so many ideas but so little time! Your Ecco art is beautiful btw. The old ecco strip in STC really caught my imagination back in the day, your stuff feels like it leans more towards the darker side of those games while still feeling mystical. At least thats the vibe i get from it.

Honestly im just glad ep 7 was fun and 8 was interesting. It was always destined to fall to pieces. The Trevorow script where Rey is revealed to be an android would have been sonrthing to behold though, now thats amovie i coulda gotten mad about lol

Like yeah sorry about all that interesting stuff last time look heres more death star guns. Heres palpy, you love him he's here now. Oh shit better get things ready for the ending they apparently decided in advance despite giving each movies individual creative team the freedom to do whatever.

With distance its very funny to me that episodes 8 and 9 changed course based on the whims of the loudest fans online and they hated both. I would love to have seen a real ending to the trillogy but i cant hate episode 9 theres just nothing there to hate its like being mad at a slice of bread.

Thats whats wonderful about the show imo. It was silly but it took itself very seriously were it mattered! Its just obvious to me that sonething like the episode Spock's Brain, for example, isnt just goofy because its aged badly, it was patently absurd from the begining.

Theres this weird mythologizing about ToS where people seem to think that when it aired nobody noticed what the show was like??? No! It was made fun of mercilessly in reviews! Shockingly, the idea of camp existed in the 1690s! The show was deliberately funny too!

I love clip studio but god the settings are so bad sonetimes
One time i was using an aliased brush but i was still geting anti-ailasing showing up in places. Turns out theres a setting separate from the aliasing one to disable the brush from going smaller than a single pixel in size.

Maybe they'll make another boring prequel side movie where all the characters die in order 66 and the last third of the movie is just the end of episode 3 but stupider and more violent. I hope they make all the kids flip around like yoda.

I remember when they were talking about a star trek movie directed by him. I like his movies well enough but fuuuuck me did i not want to see him touch star trek. Spray him in the face with a water bottle until he lets go and runs away please was my thoughts on that. Shoo! Back outside quentin.

Like the idea that his movies have to be universally beloved and everyone agrees they're materpieces is just so silly. They're weird and messy and abrasive and thats okay! If you dig his stuff great! But like you have to accept that its not for everyone, its for you.
