Mamdani should be the canary in the coal mine for the neoliberal corporate democrats. An entire generation seems to feel in their bones that capitalism has failed them and none of them will be interested in messages of tax incentives and privatization. Socialism isn’t a dirty word for them.

This is exactly the plan. Trump and his goons see the world as “Spheres of Influence.” China gets East and South East Asia, Russia gets Europe and especially Eastern Europe. USA gets the western hemisphere. It calls back to the Great Power struggle of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

This is going totally under the radar today but this is going kill Trump with the Nazi base and give rocket fuel to Nick Fuentes, Tucker, and the Nazi part of the coalition. If I were Vance I would be terrified right now.

It was excellent. Its only sin was that it came out too early. Probably should have come out in the 2030s. Once we get further away from the Covid era, the movie will gain a cult following and will be recognized as a masterpiece in the same vein as The Matrix is today.
