When I was diagnosed I (eventually) managed to get a referral to a dietitian, which was really useful - managed to reduce my diabetes medication by changing a few dietary habits. Hope you get on ok.

Yep, I once had a six week contract where they’d overestimated the amount of work (or maybe based the contract on how long it would take somebody without my technical background). It got really tedious having nothing to do after two weeks.
