Cole Escola,Dawn French( maybe even with Jennifer Saunders-the story could be they each thought they were the main guest star and upstaging occurs, play it like a almost French & Saunders reunion w them doing sketches, Catherine Tate ( I picture her Lauren talking with Janice,Nan vs Statler Waldorf)

I could still put the meaning or intention or character's history into the visual even if the film chose to exclude them. Like being privy to a secret code. The experience instilled a want to try and read the book before seeing any visual adaption going forward

Despite flipping through the chapters in my head as the movie played out, knowing what should come next, what's missing or was adapted,I enjoyed the end result. Grateful I had read the book prior. All the minute details that were on the page influenced my enjoyment of what I witnessed on the screen

So I had very little preconceived notions about book to film adaptions.I devoured the book "Misery" in the first week of it's release.Loved it.And was excited to see how those scenes I saw in my imagination would look on the big screen once I learned of the expected film .I was not disappointed.

Already a huge fan of his work,I was pleased to have discovered this John Gorka's seasonal track. It went immediately on the mix and it's probably one of my favorite holiday songs. And that's coming from someone who generally dislikes this season syrupy sludge.

This one feels so traditional compared to some of the weirdness that I would include on future mixtapes. I've noticed that, from the jump,I unconsciously arranged the songs as if on Side A and Side B of a cassette. With one side being more on the serious song side, while the other welcomes the silly

This first mixtape was done using mostly songs I already had in my collection. Some were taken from a as then recent mixtape a friend had made.A gift which sparked the interest in making one myself, fueled by the fun I had recently by making one for Halloween.

Fun Fact : Bernie Wrightson illustrated a prequel comic story that appeared in the magazine Heavy Metal. It mostly depicts the night that got the story...off...and running & a bit more
