Continuing with my replay of FFXIV. Before finishing off ARR and heading into Heavensward, I wanted to try get all of the base jobs to 50. Finishing Ninja today means I'm at 2/10!

I enjoyed Lilo & Stich, even if there are a lot of (valid) criticisms about it. However, the himbofication of Pleakley has me feeling…conflicted. 😅

I got to meet so many new people, put faces to names I’ve known for ages, and got to spend a weekend in the company of great people with a shared love of World of Warcraft and generally nerdiness. ☺️

Made significant progress in my replay of Final Fantasy XIV this week. Got my first job to level 50 (Paladin) and made it to the end of the 2.0 content.
Still a long way to go and a lot of content to clear, but it's a nice milestone to reach.

First application sent off today for a postgraduate qualification on counselling!
I’ve still got one more to submit (it asks for a lot more info), but once the that’s done the waiting game begins.
Here’s hoping come September I’ll be starting my studies again!

Busy day in the kitchen again today. Prepped a marinated soba noodle salad for this week’s lunches, and got a head start on some baking and dinner prep for tonight.

Crispy tofu with a sticky honey sauce, egg fried rice with edamame beans, and some pickled carrots on the side.

Finally got round to booking my travel and hotel for LFG London in May. First solo trip to London so I’ve given myself an extra day to explore and hopefully head to a show or something. ☺️

Decided to try my hand at baking some biscuits, specifically Swedish Pepparkakor. Definitely something I can improve on (they’re supposed to be smaller and I think they could use a bit more ginger) but I’m not mad at them for a first attempt.
