That and when the client team changes and the new staff want to renegotiate everything from scratch which is very time consuming to have re-agree what were settled matters

In my experience the delays with Technical Approval from a LHA perspective are driven by the quality of the information submitted. If it’s sent in dribs and drabs or is incomplete this drags things out.

EPC ratings for nearly all properties are C or much worse the older they get eg G for pre-1930. Things only improve for post 2011 new builds rising to B/A. Ht @martinrobbins.bsky.social & @jamesomalley.co.uk

Of course for rental properties the floor is E rating with ~48% achieving C or better

Technically the road works would be using a TTRO as they are temporary not permanent changes.

As you’re already checking out the parking before leaving you could check one.network/uk for the roadworks.

To power the bus charging stations they also need grid upgrades and sufficient capacity in the system

The Square and Compass, Purbeck
August 2, 2025 at 7:33 PM
There are a fair few commuters living on the Isle of Purbeck working in BCP. The 45min detour is a pain for them when the ferry’s out of action due to being serviced. It is great to cross on a bike for a tour and a pint in Corfe Castle
