This is a post encouraging you to adopt older cats. Kittens are great and lots of them need care. But I cannot recommend enough, having an older cat who demands to be on your lap any time you sit down.

After the service today, several people asked me if I had written my sermon after reading the local paper this morning. I was confused until I went and bought a copy.

I really am enjoying my second hand cast iron. After a few years of hunting in thrift stores I finally have a few different sizes of pans. My favorite part is that the oldest one (~80 years old) was a gift from my husband's late grandmother. It's my favorite pan to cook with.

This meal cost me $78 at Newark Airport. This is why Americans think the economy is terrible.
