Philips been eating strictly worms for a while now but I think it's time to switch back to crickets. I haven't kept crickets in years

anyways I spent yesterday trying to explain to an 11 year old autistic girl that wearing 4 inch stiletto pumps isn't a particularly safe activity in the classroom and that if she wants to move around she has to go in her socks or sneakers. she can wear the pumps at her desk

there's another nonbinary person but they're so much butcher than me in general. I'm so foppish compared to them (affectionate)(coworker appropriate level of implied horny)(which isn't very much)

I've been thinking about different things I can do to adapt my art flow to being more accessible to me. propping my tablet up at a good angle, wrapping my pen in sport wrap to make it soft and chunky, wearing a wrist brace while I draw, etc.

I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands and two (unfixable) cysts in my dominant hand/wrist. my hands feel like painful static 24/7. really glad I made being an artist a core part of my personality
