just finished Superman (2025) and it was pretty great. i'm not always a fan of superhero movies because i feel a lot of them lack identity but this one really hit the mark for me. it has its corny parts like they all do, but it doesn't feel like it undermines the movie's core message. solid ~9/10

Something quietly heartbreaking is when folks (unintentionally) downplay the seriousness of like... current circumstances.
When I say "I can't go to that event - I can't safely travel to the USA right now, or maybe ever again" I am voicing my reality, not seeking an optimistic outlook.

making people who aren't Discord-savvy dive into the channels & roles menu to see a channel they should already have access to is painful 😅
