I got to Slippery Climb and gave up, it's so needlessly hard for no good reason and getting the colored gems is a pain in the ass for no good reason. I don't like it. Moving on to Crash 2.

Here’s a tip that several people need to keep in mind:

When praising the quality of something you like, avoid speaking in absolutes.

Regardless of how much you may love something, there isn’t an objectively best/worst of all time, it’s mostly preference and what are your favorites/least favorites.

My playthrough made me feel like if I could blast away my depression playing this game, then I can do it for pretty much any game, and I always want to remember Yoshi's Crafted World for that.

Definitely one of the most underrated Yoshi games and Switch 1 games on the market and you just gotta get your hands on it. The visuals look more real than games actually trying to be photorealistic. It's another masterpiece and why would it not be? They're the team behind Epic Yarn and Woolly World

But I think the most special thing about the game for me is how I conquered my depression. I get so caught up in meaningless tripe that it distracts me from experiencing games properly, which is why I failed to complete this game in September... Without depression distracting me, this game is aces.

So that second phase that comes later? Cherry on top. This game doesn't get nearly enough love, I even really grew to love the soundtrack this time around, even my brother said it was pretty great when he was chilling with me that time.

Not to mention that this game kicks the shit out of Woolly World when it comes to boss battles, a lot of that game's mooks were way too easy, but even the first boss in Crafted World has a surprising myriad of moves to keep things fresh. The final boss in particular is great even in his first phase

And I think they paid off quite handsomely. This game kind of falls through the wayside when compared to Woolly World but in terms of gameplay and level design? I think it stands shoulder to shoulder with Yoshi's Woolly World, and that was my favorite game of 2015 so that's high praise for this game

These levels were meant to be played backwards and forwards and seeing the little tweaks they made to make the levels reversible was a treat to experience. Some of the levels like the car level, the mole hunt level and the plane level are among the most experimental levels yet in Yoshi.

This game gets flack for the scavenger hunts and I agree that there are too many, which is why for this playthrough, I ignored them and even so, I still had a ton of fun just playing the game normally and doing the Poochy Pup Stuff.

I played Yoshi's Crafted World, to be honest, my depression has been pretty bad over the last few months but this game blasted my depression away at every turn with its incredible level design, stunning visuals, devious hiding spots and a wealth of content.

I hope it's just Lily herself resorting to sockpuppeting because it'd be funny

Like Phoenix Wright for one thing, I've waited for a new game for almost 10 goddamn years.
