Nearly two weeks ago I banged my right shoulder and it still hurts a bit.
This afternoon I had a flu vaccination in my left arm and that now hurts a bit.
As I always sleep on one side or the other, how am I going to cope tonight ?

and got two of each:
salami, mince, steak, chorizo, chocolate mouse
at least there was no substitutions or 'not available' on the rest of the order. Meat feast over the next few days!

Ellie has done her charity abseil and raised 360% of her target. A big gust of wind blew her sideways just as she'd got going and later a lump of chalk from the cliff fell on her helmet, but she completed the abseil!
