My wish list: `dotnet format` to work with file-based apps.
I want to do `dotnet format MyApp.cs` and not get a `The file 'MyApp.cs' does not appear to be a valid project or solution file.`

I enjoy listening to the @pivotpod.bsky.social podcast, which he is part of.
I think Scott is very clever, but with some troublesome takes.
He seems like most of the guys over 50 I've known: despite much progress, they still harbor some prejudices disguised as pragmatism.
