- mods can close a dropped portal early
- portal allow/deny toggle for the instance (override map-based limit)
- collab function, so an instance is visible to both user bases without having to navigate links to another group

I'd like to make a lil post given its happened a few times recently- @vrchat.com still does not allow instance mods to disable portals, despite the granularity of other toggles- only controlled by the world at upload. Some venue spaces are smart enough to do this.
