A lot of what needs to be done to address the affordable housing crisis has to take place at state and local levels, but there are things Congress can do to help. Here are 2 idea.

The Big Beautiful Bill is great for farmers … if they’re massive corporate farms growing 1 of 22 specific crops. It’s not good for the 5,000 farmers in Western North Carolina who it hurts more than it helps. Chuck Edwards and his rich donors are getting richer on the backs of working class families.
