Never far from the ocean. Man of many interests. #LFC #WelshRugby Anthropology, Archaeology, History, Maps, Music, Planning and Design, Transit, Native Plants, Kayaking…
By “first two” are we talking about the originals or episodes I and II? I will never forgive my “friends” that dragged me along to episodes I and II either.

Almost our same recipe but cinnamon and lime in place of the grapefruit. The mandating bits are chopped too.

It’s great. Wife and daughter are popping into thrift shops. The sun is out and Liverpool are playing.

It’s best when snuck from the fridge early while everyone else is still asleep.

Bike lanes and parking like this with surfac light rail lines on the other side instead of cars is what I’d like to see far more places.

I really wanted to attend but they scheduled perfectly to ensure most people couldn’t/wouldn’t be there.
We don’t need a tunnel or overbuilt stations (neither does Ballard). We need a safe, reliable streetcar service and protected bike lanes.

I love that we have a special bike lane sweeper, but would prefer long term that they simply size protected bike lanes to fit the full-size sweepers.

Multiplexes with shared green space built back-to-back or across an alley from each other achieves a version of this very quickly, especially if additional pocket parks or playgrounds are planned to abut these every few blocks.

I love this idea. It’s right in line with the work I’ve done on specification guidelines for healthcare over the years. Standard minimum expectations along with best practice recommendations based on levels of care so design firms deliver projects that work well together, without single sourcing.

Go for it!
I may be right with you. My layoff this past week has me reconsidering much of my prior career path and thinking about going back to school as well. So many people I’ve spoken to lately didn’t go back for their Masters until 45-50.

I’m dying. 🤣
This is too perfect.

Ignore the travesty that is God Only Knows and the rest of Tonight is good.

Honestly, deprioritizing the “productive-work stage” just makes sense.
Most of the day, it’s young children, caretakers, and retirees who are the greatest potential audience for businesses and amenities throughout the city.
Build the city around their needs and everyone benefits.
