related project is teaching myself how to hand impression basic kiwkset and standard security keys with a Lishi cutter so I can work up to medeco keys, cus otherwise the rfid copies are just for convenience so I don’t have to pull my lanyard out of my jacket

what are you using yours for? I just got some WiFi GPIO gear to play around with in addition to the stuff I’m doing with RFID (also not gonna get into details) and infrared (one project is also pretty confidential)

I’m talking IR output strong enough that you’d need to go online and get a quote from a supplier and also be like a quartermaster for certain public agencies. Only for playing around in my basement though, of course, with a flipper and an arduino IR detector setup

unfortunately probably not powerful enough for the project I’m currently working on. The dazzler I have might work but I might need to link the flipper to a hotwired night security light and a capacitor to pull that one off. Like I said, it’s the specific frequency that would be very telling here
