Yeah but we’ve established you’re one of those crafty hustlers. I can’t count how many times someone has said, “this is easy you just” and I end up tied up in my yarn.

Here’s what you do - work out a stripe pattern that combines plain yarn with the fancy. The plain could be think to create a kind of mixed texture or you can drive yourself crazy with all thin yarn. I’ve done this <cough> a few times.
