I am shocked at how heartbroken I am by this. I’ve never been a rah rah America kind of person but it never occurred to me this and so many other things would happen. I’m letting myself grieve tonight.

The remains of Ryan Godbey have at last been confirmed as found 🙏🏻 police actually found him back in July but just confirmed with dna testing. I can’t imagine how the family feels today.

The marches do not translate into votes - we will see if that is true in a few weeks.

What good do these marches do? What difference do they really make? I loved the boycotts earlier this year. What happened to those?

Someone feed me the kool-aid. I’m not seeing it.

I’m thinking a lot about the #nokings marches. I’m a marketer so I always look at things through the lens of the return on investment. What is the return for these efforts?

I know the idea is to show 47 that we are mad as hell and won’t take it anymore but he doesn’t care (clearly). (1)

It will be interesting to see if the protests convert to votes. People tend to find it easier to get loud about what they don’t like versus supporting what they do like. It’s a weird human quirk.
