I think they are misrepresenting Denmark's two tiered system. People can pay copay for choice of specialist and to self refer, that specialist can only make the same amount as regular service. It's not more lucrative for physicians and so does not take away from physician pool.

Wylie also said some records his office requested were destroyed, including notebooks kept by a former chief executive officer of AHS fired in 2024."

Okay, this little add- on because it made me laugh: Williams raised a point of order on someone accusing them of engaging in a coverup and he's citing Hansard rulings from the 1990's.

Gray is responding with ones from 2025 when it hasn't been a point of order because of heckling privilege.

QP is over anyway.

They're continuing with member statements, and there will be more "debate" until 6pm at the latest I believe; it's in the order paper but I don't normally watch, so...

There's also a rally in YYC tonight from 5-7
I'll be back on Monday.

Armstrong-Homeniuk: vet medicine support

this has been asked and answered already this session. Is it weird that they don't seem to have enough good news to share over three weeks that they are asking the same questions? That seems weird.

Nixon: about what other governments did (??? I'd wait on Hansard for that one because it was very word salad to me)
PWright: housing
Nixon: this govt has broken records over the past few years. Affordable housing has increased by 30% in YEG.
