New name same nerd. 2025 is going to be the year I talk about accessibility in tech. I just got a Lenovo LOQ gaming laptop & there's so many accessibility issues w/ my controller not working between @steampowered.com So I'm going to tackle that first.

So I tried to learn Alex today & played EVERY @StreetFighter III game. Over 3 1/2 hours of struggle. I think I might have to pay @mrjoe94.bsky.social $100 to edit this into a 15-20 min video.

There's a wonderful person named Jam who's making a Visual Audio Assist mod for the blind/low vision FGC. The mod tells you the control style & rank of your opponent. Along with TTS in the training mode menus.

This Grant Stoner guy doesn't play a wide Variety of games when no AA studios get any coverage. @blendogames.bsky.social had accessibility in the demo before launch. Fatal Fury CoTW had their version of acessibile controls with smart style. @noodlecatgames.com is killing it with accessible co-op.

I really think #Retroid spoiled me w/ the RP Classic, cuz every other virtical handheld that has come out after it that doesn't have a 6 face button layout is unacceptable & it makes me not want to buy it. Even if #anbernic 477V has video out, I'm not buying it.
