Barring that, Touch/Face ID is a matter of accessibility. If you have an iPhone, you can disable Touch/Face ID on the fly by clicking the lock button five times in rapid succession.

similarly: organisations that take the encouragement of particular dietary practices as their raison d'etre, but don't actively consider the accessibility of their practices to people with allergies or other food-related restrictions, are failing in their mission

Mom gave serious thought to going. Accessibility was the main barrier.
My 78-year-old dad is going to his first-ever political protest today. He's a 2A guy, was in the Navy during Viet Nam, has been a stubborn New Hampshire independent his whole life. He has back problems and can barely walk. I think he's rooting for Manchester to get a Nuremberg Trials 2.0 remote site
look i was recently talking to a septuagenarian life long dem (who shall remain nameless) and generic lib, and she was like “i just think there should be firing squads and they should sell tickets.”

Edlund Accessibility, founded by Jens Lund, is reshaping the Middle East’s hospitality and public spaces by making accessibility “inclusive by default” rather than a retrofit afterthought.

Can we talk about how utterly broken the Contacts app is? They're sampling colors from people's contact pics, but not running it through an accessibility contrast algorithm, so we get shit like white text on pale pink backgrounds. Wanna fix that? You have to hit Every. Single. Contact. Individually.

It's under Settings -> Accessibility. (Screenshot is from browser but the app is almost identical).
You need to set it in both browser and app though if you use both, the setting doesn't seem to sync (at least it didn't back when I did it).

No joke, it’s an accurate representation of what it’s like to have an ocular migraine.
It’s a huge middle finger to accessibility as well. “Let’s make everything transparent and harder to distinguish from the background even with maximum contrast.” 🙄

I'm not thrilled with the accessibility or specifics of my current approach though, so I'm planning to overhaul the figure functionality in the coming days.

hades 1 at least had an assist/accessibility function that makes you stronger every time you die! so it lets you progressively experience the game as a roguelike & get stronger through it slowly so you still get the progression. haven't played h2 yet so not sure if it has the same feature
