The world is a chaotic and dangerous place. It may change, but it will never go away.

Remember making art and expressing joy is a form of protest. They want you to be overwhelmed and lose sight of the beauty around you. They want to distract you and control your gaze to be locked in fear. Dare to look and gaze on the world around you with joy and wonder.

btw if you're so petrified of doing a bad job that you can't even start, then what you need isn't advice on how to make comics. you need to learn to embrace being messy and bad at things and being okay with that because it's necessary, and actually it's GOOD. being messy is WONDERFUL
