We have to all remember that despite everything, we live in a stunningly beautiful country, with some truly unbelievably amazing cities. We fight to be able to enjoy them. To have free time, and to remove the constant pressure to work and be careful with money. To enjoy where we live 🇬🇧

First They Came For, Martin Niemöller.
A reminder that we’re not here to fight for ourselves, but for everyone who is too small to fight for themselves. If it must be selfish, fight in hopes that when your day comes, they’ll fight for you too, as you do for them today.

The full text of the reasoned amendment to the children’s wellbeing and schools bill is attached. It’s so blatantly obvious that the conservatives want to make labour look bad by forcing them to shoot down an inquiry (which shouldn’t happen). Meanwhile they’re trying to sacrifice a great bill.

On the subject of my last post, attached is a document I wrote the other day. Me, as an autistic human being, documenting what it’s like as best I can.

Trying to find 7 Christmas crackers. The best option I can find is in Sainsbury's. These things are about as long as a finger, and cost £3 for the pack. Next best option is a pack of 6 small crackers for £6, costing £12 for the 7 we need. What happened to cracker pricing?!

Noone wants to read a post on the other place. So I'll copy and paste it here.
From Stephen Morgan, Labour MP for Portsmouth South:
"When your family and friends ask you what Labour has achieved so far, send them this"

It's funny to me that people keep calling Starmer and the Labour party liars, and then criticising them for saying that although they have no plans for further tax rises they won't rule them out. That's him purposely not committing to something he can't uphold. That's what you say you want!

I baked bread! I've never done that before, it was fun. Turned out really thin and I'm not sure why, but hey! It still tastes good!

SO!
@ericvbailey.bsky.social showed me a piece of software I've really clicked with for game development. I'm gonna figure it out. I've broken the task down and made a to do list. I plan on ticking off at LEAST 1 per week. Nice easy schedule. Here's the list! I've got details in a doc but 🤫
