Turns out a 4x9 (cm) is a closer approximation of the real size (1.5x3.5 inches) since the 4cm side is only ~2mm off and the 9cm side is only ~1mm off
Whereas calling it a 2x4 is almost 13mm off of the real dimensions in each direction.

I didn’t like how they spoke about China’s contribution of GHGs in just total emissions rather than comment on the more pertinent statistic of per capita emissions.
