Hey, here’s my latest composition!

Just a couple mistakes, totally passable.

I wouldn’t say “idiots”, based on this evidence, but more that it’s a land of people who react before researching.

You have two options:

1) guaranteed $50
2) you get to flip a coin:
- heads you get $100
- tails you get $0

Do you pick (1) or (2)?

I think reading helps society by exposing readers to different cultures and environments from a first person perspective that they would not have otherwise experienced.

This increases their empathy and understanding of others not like them and expands their bubble of those they care for.

Yet another unique way to stimulate cellular immunity against cancer.

“Using the gut immune system to induce cellular immunity is a unique approach,” Shirakawa notes. “And it should be very easy to extend it to other antigen proteins and also infectious diseases.”

What if renters automatically built up equity toward the value of the *internal* space of the property?

Then when they move out the owner of the house had to buy back that portion of the house?

In 2020, MIT was able to produce deepfake audio from just 15 seconds of someone’s voice.

Spam phone calls can be made to look like they come from any telephone number.

Might be a good time to start answering the phone with a funny voice.

What would a number system with a negative base behave like?

Say base-(-10)

Would it flip the negativity multiplication rules?

(Ex. Like signed numbers multiplied together always make a negative, and differently signed numbers always make a positive)?

Re: AI and the Trolley Problem

I think what makes the trolley problem hard for humans is that we know that if we decided the fate of other’s lives either through action or inaction, we’d have to live with that decision for the rest of our lives.

Crazy thought:

Maybe P = NP makes sense if you treat a P algorithm as a time reversed NP algorithm, and an NP algorithm as a time reversed P algorithm.
