The PROBLEM is that WHITE people don’t SEE the financials behind DEI initiatives because on hiring applications THEY would NEVER see that SEPARATE questionnaire asking about race—>which THEN goes to a pot for a TAX WRITE OFF. AT&T doesn’t need to exclude or include by race for tax purposes.
