I am so fucking sick and tired of the exhortation to "touch grass". It is patronizing, condescending, petty, trivial, and banal. As soon as I see or hear it, I immediately disregard the writer/speaker and everything they have expressed - at least in the utterance where "touch grass" appears.
I will never understand the cruel obsession with such a small minority of people - people who already face massive persecution, violence, and cruelty.
