Welp. I officially started learning to play guitar today.
I’ll be concentrating primarily on YT (Scotty West, Marty Schwartz, & Justin Guitar), but I have some coworkers who play cheering me on. We all want me to get good enough to have jam sessions for the dogs at my shelter.

I prefer eminent domain. There’s roughly 700 times as many empty housing units (houses, apartments , condos, townhomes) as there are unhoused people.
And they’re not all in disrepair or in small desert towns with no economy, either. It’s cheaper than building new housing, which is just kickbacks.

Nobody should have a second or fifth home until everyone has their first place. We need to eminent domain every single unit of housing (house, apartment, condo, etc) until everyone is off the street.
