The question is misleading as it implies a clear cut ISA reduction from 20k to 12k whereas the full story is more complex than that.

The thing that never ceases to amaze me is the number of these brilliant businessman and entrepreneurs who can only make a business work if the state pays half their employees income and they pay no tax.

Have had a few trips to my local hospital recently and all the visits went like clockwork, in, seen and out again in super quick time.
It doesn’t have an A&E which may have something to do with that.

Complaining from the Speaker's chair about briefing Budget measures is getting very tired, very quickly. There's a reason this stuff is briefed. Some of it is narrow political interest. But it's also in the national interest- it's to prepare the markets.
