My band I the late 90s/ early 00s used to play shows with the Dropkick Murphys in bars before they got big. I think the lineup was totally different except for the singer back then. Here's a flyer from a Boston show with them. (My band was/is the goons)

No one ever points out how ridiculous it is to say we were "our richest" in the late 1800s/early 1900s. Most people were SUPER POOR by modern standards. And life expectancy was about 42 years. And people were shorter due to widespread malnutrition.

I asked Chat-GPT to draw a graph with two demand curves, D0 and D1, and with D1 shifted out and less elastic than D0.

Got this thing.
Chat-GPT graph that has the title "Demand" but is very different from a demand graph. The X axis seems to be a spectrum running from "quantity" on the left to "price on the right. The Y axis is a misspelled "ouantity". The word demand appears in random places. The line is upward sloping. It is pink, but peeled back to show a darkness. Seems to have a lip.

I stumbled on a paper by Christopher Cotropia &
James Gibson, "Copyright's Topography", that reviews all copyright cases in fed courts from 2005-2008. Was surprised that apparel firms were plaintiffs more often than firms in any other industries. #IPLawSky 💡
