When we were smaller:
1. Ownership in the business held by a living trust, trusted advisors named in the document
2. Credentials and corporate paperwork in 1password
3. 1password keys on file with the attorney
4. Named advisors informed of the living trust, the attorney, and their role

- its own social media handles
- clear per-user pricing instead of consumption pricing
- its own branding instead of AWS's
- a docs page that's clear and helpful
- questions handled via Discord and Github instead of re:Post
yeah, I give it 12 months before some exec trips over themselves
