The Carl Albert Center has contributed a number of documents under a Native American policy topic here. These would be papers from congressional archives that are related to Indian Affairs. congressarchives.org

I talked to a state legislative leader once and said he was trying really hard to keep extreme legislation from coming to the floor but if it did he would vote for it.

Incidentally you can get a monthly Onion print edition again. My roommate in college had one for a couple of years.
