What is Russia really able to do? The terms should be for Russia to get out of Ukraine, return children, & pay for all damages. Ukraine joins NATO, Russia on probation then in 10 yrs might be allowed to attend meetings of civilized nations. Russia does not dictate any terms.

This money supports local grocery reducing food deserts. Benefit programs also operate as corporate welfare. Corporations, Walmart for example, don't have to offer benefits to employees. Reducing overhead & increased stock value.
