I'm still making the most of a fairly quiet week - another batch painted for my WotR (I'll take photos tomorrow) and some work on a rake of wagons for my narrow gauge railway.
Repainted the RTR wagons and finished the 3d printed brake van.

It's been a long stressful week for a couple of reasons - someone crashing into my car being one of them - but a 10km run at Victoria Park with my brother in law has really helped.
I'm learning that running doesn't solve your problems, or lesson them, but it does give you a break from them.

My first game in a few months with a mate I've not seen since the start of the year.
We barely played any of the game in the 4 or 5 hours we were there as it was nice to just catch up with a beer.

Another busy week with the Cancer Research running challenge - a tenner away from my target! - and a day off work to try and tidy the man cave - it has visible carpet now!

Another busy week at home and at work with other things on my mind, but I sat down and made sure something got finished.

My family and I went fossil hunting at Charmouth with @charmouthhcc.bsky.social on Saturday. My 4 year old was spectacular at finding Ammonites, but I was pleased to spot a ichthyosaur vertebrae right as the tour was ending.

My family and I went fossil hunting at Charmouth with @charmouthhcc.bsky.social on Saturday. My 4 year old was spectacular at finding Ammonites, but I was pleased to spot a ichthyosaur vertebrae right as the tour was ending.
Is it the biggest? No. But it's mine.

Also, from the box of bits I was sent, there were all the pieces to make a Rhino - after some digging - so I added it to my World Eaters.
Purposely built and painted differently to the other two rhino chassis vehicles as I don't imagine they have anyone looking after their vehicle pool

Another half finished project - as I'm trying to tidy stuff away at the sec - a unit of Old World Dwarf Slayers for my North Star fantasy Dwarf army.
I'm happy to non-GW for my fantasy Dwarves but something about the old GW slayers just had to be done.
Also, I love how sad two of them look
