I use Airflow for casting from my windows box. It's not quite plex in that it doesn't have the UI for browsing from your couch, but it's been completely reliable so far. I moved to it because VLC does't support streamed SRT subs.

Note you can also update your details at vote.nz using a drivers license or passport but flagging that the RealMe verification option seems much harder than it needs to be if your RealMe info has expired (and who knew that it expired 🤔).
