This is, imo, «better» than shared GP care as:

1. no prescription charge :D

2. if you move home or change GP surgeries you'll be less likely to face issues with transferring shared care.

3. prescriptions come faster and by mail (at least for me with ADHD360!)

I'll let you know now, for if you're diagnosed and choose medication: if your GP doesn't accept shared care, your private clinic «will keep prescribing to you for free».

Even when you get diagnosed under NICE guidelines by a physician who is approved by the NHS to diagnose and prescribe for ADHD, your diagnosis can be stripped away on a whim by the state.

That'll be because Asperger's isn't recognised as a distinct syndrome to ASD anymore. Not that the points above are incorrect the system is utterly beyond reproach.
